Barbour’s new hospital tax plan { 0 }
Gov. Barbour is on MPB explaining his new hospital tax. Rep. Cecil Brown is up next.
It will be interesting to see how the plan works or comes out. Past that, here’s my observation and reason for posting.
He could no come on and say, “We have a solution!” Instead, he starts out with an attack on the House.
This man could not be bipartisan if his life depended on it. If you want to know who is at fault for the political, partisan gridlock in the Mississippi Legislature, then look at Barbour.
He didn’t even consult with ANY legislative leaders on this plan before deciding to go with it. That’s arrogance, folks.
